Copiers.

 

  • Major Account Program (Customers holding a current maintenance contract)

  • Free Loaner

    In the event of a back ordered part or the need to bring in your copier in for repair, we will provide you with a loan machine.

  • Red Alert Service

    As a major account, you require RED ALERT SERVICE. This means that we place you first on the list when you call in for service.

  • Preventative Maintenance Program.

    Your copier is placed on a PM Program and is serviced on a regular basis, with consumable parts being replaced at the end of their duty cycle.

  • Service History

    All calls, parts and usage is kept in our service tracking system for you to request at any stage.

  • Copy Service

    For the odd job you may require that exceeds your copiers capabilities, you can use one of our high volume units on our premises at you current copier’s copy cost.

Computers.

  • All computers sold come with 24 months manufacture’s warranty (return to base).

  • We also offer 36 months onsite national warranty.
